Once we have provided you with a quote for your event set up, and finalised any details, you can choose to pay for your event ( to the value of $2000) via Afterpay. Please email us for more info and we will prove a link and special code for you to complete payment. Availabile from Wednesday 19th March.

What are our delivery Costs? - These costs are inclusive of set up/pack down

FREE - Timaru

$30 - Temuka (or under 20kms)

$75 - Geraldine (or under 30kms)

$120 - Fairlie (or under 60 kms)

$150 - Ashburton (or under 75kms)

$200 - Tekapo (or under 100kms)

Can I Hire A Glamping Tent (Tent Only) For My Day Event?

Yes! It's $200 for a daytime hire, inclusive of set up/pack down in Timaru.

Why Can't I Book Glamping Tent Packages Online?

The hire of our tents are very much dependent on suitability of your chosen location (and also weather!) so it's important that we communicate first. You can book via our contact page, or by emailing us, and pay a deposit of 25% to secure your chosen date. The remaining amount is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

What Happens If The Weather Is Bad For Glamping?

We'll get in touch to chat about the weather outlook, 7 days before your event, with the possibility to reschedule. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds due to the weather but are happy to postpone to an available date. We will send you an invoice, additional info and are happy to answer any further questions prior to booking

How Do I Pay For My Picnic?

You can book your chosen date via our bookings calendar on each picnic product page, and pay up front, if your picnic is in less than 30 days.

If your picnic date is more than a month away, we suggest 'pay by bank deposit' at checkout, and an invoice will be sent to you for a 25% deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your picnic. We will send you an invoice, additional info, and are happy to answer any further questions about your booking.

What If The Weather Is Bad For My Picnic?

We do not offer refunds for bad weather, so stronly suggest having a secondary, back-up indoors location in mind. We'll ensure your picnic is just as dreamy at your hotel, living room or other venue!

Can I Make Changes To My Glamping or Picnic Booking Date Or Cancel?

All changes to your booking date need to be made more than 14 days prior to your event, as planning begins long before this, as well as coordinating other bookings and events. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, even before 14 days prior, your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations notified less than 14 days from the booking date, when the invoice has been paid in full, will receive no refund.

*For picnics we suggest trying to relocate your picnic or changing the purpose of the event if it can avoid you having to cancel.

What If It Rains For My Movie Night?

Your outdoor movie plans can feel spoiled in the case of bad weather. All is not lost! We are happy to set up our inflatable screens indoors. For outdoor movie packages we can reschedule to another available date, in the case of rain or bad wind. Alternatively, you may use your credit towards a future booking. *Please enquire about what happens in the case of bad weather for any 'out of town' bookings, as we may not always be able to accommodate your changes and there may be additional travel costs involved for rescheduling.
